My Story

For over 15 years as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist warranted in Malta, Europe, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing several challenges - panic attacks, generalised anxiety, phobias, depression, trauma and the overall weight of life’s pressures.

I’ve witnessed how these struggles can disrupt not only one’s peace of mind but also relationships, work and studies. They erode and eat away at our internal sense of who we are and how we want to live our lives.

Yet, these struggles are not insurmountable. Thanks to decades of research and evidence-based treatments, we now know how to effectively address these issues.

I know that therapy is not accessible to everyone. Whether due to financial barriers, time constraints, or limited availability, many people miss out on the tools that could change their lives.

That’s why I created Bons Psychology.
Although this is not therapy, here you can find mental health information and tools that are affordable and accessible.
